Jeffrey N. Baile and Associates present scientifically-based yet earthy programs that help police officers, game wardens, conservation officers, school administrators, and those in business, significantly improve their interpersonal communication skills. A large part of communicating is done nonverbally so all of the courses emphasize lie and truth detection, interrogation and persuasion methods, body language analysis and a host of other implicit human messages.
The varying classes cover the basic principles of communicating but special care is taken to present each technique in such a way that they dovetail with practical field application. This much-needed teaching approach allows quick absorption of the material.
An extensive training manual accompanies each course with a reference section containing over 100 scientific studies relating to various aspects of human communication.
We look forward to having you in the classroom.
